Concept-level definitions for the public product. For step-by-step setup, use the tutorials and how-to guides.
@myteasebot
Section titled “@myteasebot”The shared Telegram bot used by tease.bot. Creator teams connect channels or Telegram Business accounts to @myteasebot so the workspace can run Inbox, fan CRM, AI-assisted replies, funnels, and automations.
Agency
Section titled “Agency”A creator agency or high-volume roster running on tease.bot. Terms are agreed directly and can include extra managed accounts, custom support, and SLA coverage. Contact hello@tease.bot.
AI assistant
Section titled “AI assistant”The AI layer that drafts or sends replies inside connected Telegram conversations according to the creator’s settings. Older product language may call this the persona. Public docs prefer “AI assistant” unless the page is specifically about persona setup.
AI Chatter
Section titled “AI Chatter”The Settings section where you edit the AI assistant’s tone, boundaries, language behavior, voice, and related controls.
AI Messaging CRM
Section titled “AI Messaging CRM”The product category tease.bot ships in: Telegram Inbox, fan CRM, AI-assisted replies, workflows, automations, analytics, and team controls. It is not a payment processor, marketplace, or content host.
Automation
Section titled “Automation”A workflow that can act without a live operator, such as follow-ups, daily touchpoints, birthday messages, or paid-media reminders. Automation controls live in Settings -> Automations.
Bot Setup
Section titled “Bot Setup”The Settings section where you connect Telegram surfaces, verify channel permissions, manage Business Mode, and pause or resume bot activity.
Business Mode
Section titled “Business Mode”A Telegram Business feature that lets a business account connect a chatbot for selected private DMs. In tease.bot, this route lets @myteasebot help with private DMs to your Telegram account. See Enable Telegram Business Mode.
Campaign Sender
Section titled “Campaign Sender”A Pro-and-up workflow for sending controlled bulk messages to selected fan lists. It is meant for segmented fan communication, not blind spam.
Channel
Section titled “Channel”A Telegram broadcast surface owned by the creator. A channel connection lets @myteasebot work with the channel flow once the creator grants the required admin permissions.
Channel connection
Section titled “Channel connection”The setup route where a creator adds @myteasebot as a Telegram channel admin and verifies the connection in Settings -> Bot Setup.
Channel DM
Section titled “Channel DM”A private conversation that starts from or around a Telegram channel flow. tease.bot keeps the conversation in Inbox and maps it to the fan record.
Credits
Section titled “Credits”Internal usage units for eligible AI, voice, caption, automation, and workflow features. Credits are not cash, stored value, or a payout balance.
Custom Voice Clone
Section titled “Custom Voice Clone”Premium voice feature for creators who need a stronger custom voice setup than standard Voice Design.
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”The main creator home inside app.tease.bot. It summarizes account health, revenue context, fan activity, funnel performance, and actions that need attention.
A Telegram user who has interacted with the connected Telegram flow. Fans appear in Fans and Inbox.
Fan CRM
Section titled “Fan CRM”The fan record system inside tease.bot: history, spend context, tags, notes, lists, activity, and relationship context used by the team and AI assistant.
Fan Heat
Section titled “Fan Heat”A 1-to-5 product indicator for how engaged a fan currently appears. Higher means more current buying or reply intent. It is a guide for operators, not a guarantee.
Funnel
Section titled “Funnel”A sequence of paid-media tiers and messages that the AI assistant can use over time. The dashboard navigation labels this area Funnels.
A Pro-and-up feature for sending a free media item or gesture to a fan from the workspace.
The live conversation surface. Teams can read messages, pause AI, reply manually, send media, and hand a thread back to the AI assistant.
A smart fan segment built from filters such as activity, tags, spend context, or status. Lists help operators review, message, and prioritize fans.
Lifetime Value. The total recorded value attributed to a fan across their history in the workspace.
Manual takeover
Section titled “Manual takeover”The action of switching one conversation from AI to Manual so a human can reply. See Take over a conversation manually.
Persona
Section titled “Persona”The configured character and voice profile behind the AI assistant: identity, tone, language style, boundaries, and behavior preferences.
Persona Heat
Section titled “Persona Heat”A 1-to-5 product indicator for how warm or reserved the assistant is being with a specific fan. It is different from Fan Heat, which measures the fan’s engagement.
Pay-per-view. A locked photo or video set that a fan can unlock through Telegram Stars. Public docs use the term when describing Telegram-native paid-media mechanics.
Script
Section titled “Script”Older product language for a funnel or paid-media sequence. The current creator navigation uses Funnels.
Smart link
Section titled “Smart link”A public tease.chat link-in-bio page that routes fans to Telegram destinations and campaign links. See Create a tease.chat smart link.
Telegram’s native digital currency. Fans use Stars inside Telegram. Telegram controls purchase pricing, reward value, settlement, and withdrawal policy.
tease.chat
Section titled “tease.chat”The smart-link product surface that belongs to tease.bot. It is used for public link-in-bio pages, campaign routing, and Telegram destination links.
Tease Wallet
Section titled “Tease Wallet”An internal workspace balance for supported tease.bot charges such as subscription renewals, credit top-ups, or platform costs. It is not a bank account, fan payout wallet, or cash balance.
Telegram Stars hold
Section titled “Telegram Stars hold”The Telegram-side settlement window for Star rewards. Telegram’s creator terms say Star balance rewards require 21 days before withdrawal availability.
A fan’s discretionary Telegram Stars payment outside a specific paid-media unlock. tease.bot can track the context, but Telegram handles the fan payment.
Voice Design
Section titled “Voice Design”The standard voice setup surface for shaping the assistant’s voice style before voice notes are used at scale.
Voice note
Section titled “Voice note”A short audio message sent through the connected Telegram flow when voice is configured and enabled.
Wallet
Section titled “Wallet”The external crypto wallet address a creator saves for payouts. This is separate from Tease Wallet.
A fan with unusually high value or priority relative to the rest of the audience. Teams can review whales manually and use lists or tags to keep track of them.
